About The Position

Creates delicious pastries and baked goods with consistency, creativity, and great attention to detail. Prepares doughs, mixes, fillings, and specialty items while ensuring every product tastes as good as it looks. Keeps the pastry station organized, clean, and running smoothly, always following food safety standards. Brings positive energy to the kitchen and helps deliver beautiful, high-quality pastries for daily service and retail guests.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent vocational training in baking or culinary arts.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Pastry Cook or Assistant Pastry Chef.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable and consistent transportation.
• Non-slip shoes are required (not provided by the company).

Responsibilities

• Prepare pastries, breads, desserts, and specialty baked goods according to recipes and quality standards.
• Assist with daily production, baking, decorating, and presentation of bakery items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work area at all times.
• Operate bakery equipment safely and properly.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting production deadlines.
• Communicate and work collaboratively with the Executive Pastry Chef and bakery team.
• Help maintain proper product rotation, ingredient storage, and inventory organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Wear cut-resistant gloves when using knives or other sharp tools.
