Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis seeks a Pastry Cook to join their talented team. This role is responsible for preparing all bread and pastry items of consistent quality, following recipe cards, and adhering to production, portion, and presentation standards. The Pastry Cook will complete mise en place and set up stations for service, and collaborate with the Executive Pastry Chef to develop and produce innovative products for all hotel outlets. The position involves ensuring superior production of sweet items, pastries, cakes, ice creams, sorbets, breads, and chocolates for all outlets, banquets, and amenities. The role also includes establishing standard recipes, communicating with the Pastry management team, contributing to menu development, and creating a positive work environment conducive to learning and growth. Assisting with prep work for the next shift is also a responsibility. Experience with wedding cakes, banquets, or bread work is considered a plus.
