Responsibilities
- Prepare bread and pastry recipes from scratch to produce consistent results.
- Complete prep lists, follow all specifications, and stock food as needed.
- Portion all products, follow recipes, and ensure great presentation.
- Follow sanitization standards, maintain a clean and organized workstation, and adhere to all food handling standards.
