About The Position

The Pastry Cook III position requires you to open your mind to all possibilities of the culinary world. The chefs here will assist you in taking your culinary career to the next level. You will play a key role in creating a memorable experience for the guests.

Requirements

  • Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Report to work in a clean, complete uniform in a timely manner
  • Consistently monitor sanitation and cleanliness of work station, kitchen and equipment
  • Adhere to company and department policies and procedures
  • Maintain par levels determined by Sous Chef
  • Label and date products produced on a daily basis
  • Follow menu specifications in a precise, efficient manner according to Executive Chef guidelines
  • Perform work related duties as assigned
  • Participate in department meetings
