About The Position
This is a 100% travel task force position for a Pastry Cook Baker. The role involves preparing and cooking bakery menu items, collaborating with kitchen staff, following food safety guidelines, baking breads and pastries, maintaining inventory, and setting up/stocking/breaking down stations. The company covers travel, two meals per day, and housing.

- Ability To Travel and Live in Employee Housing
- Pastry Cook or Baker experience
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Bakery menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Bakes breads and pastries
- Maintain inventory of food supplies and equipment
- Setting up, stocking, and breaking down of assigned stations
