The position also requires maintaining a clean kitchen, operating food service machinery, and upholding professional grooming standards. Additionally, the role involves assisting guests with special requests, working multiple culinary stations, completing food safety documentation, and assisting with hiring recommendations. The Pastry Cook 3 will administer production schedules, coordinate the preparation of baked goods and desserts, and ensure efficient operations. Training and coaching of pastry shop team members are also key aspects of this role, along with performing other assigned duties.
