Responsibilities

Reviewing production sheet to understand variety of baked goods to be produced during their day.
Preparing and cooking baked goods according to recipes, quality and presentation standards, and food prep checklists.
Maintaining kitchen logs for food safety program compliance internally and with the State.
Fulfilling special requests involving food allergies, dietary restrictions and special occasions.
Preventing and correcting imperfections and blemishes.
Reporting imperfections and working with other positions to correct them.
Communicating with other departments and extended hotel team to ensure alignment.
