About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking a Pastry Cook 3 to join their culinary team. This role involves preparing a variety of sweet items, pastries, cakes, ice creams, sorbets, fruit compotes, chocolates, and show pieces according to guest orders and banquet event orders. The ideal candidate will have prior culinary experience, a passion for pastry, and the ability to maintain high-quality standards in a safe and sanitary work environment.

Requirements

  • A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
  • High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
  • At least 1 year experience working in a pastry kitchen.
  • Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
