Campbell’s Resort is seeking a creative and experienced Pastry Chef to lead the Pastry & Bakery department. This role involves complete responsibility for the department, from development and costing to execution and quality control. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for designing new and unique menu items, understanding ingredient interactions, and managing the pastry team in a high-stress environment. This position requires strong communication, leadership, and time management skills, as well as the ability to maintain composure under pressure and adapt to restaurant trends. The role also involves assisting with purchasing, inventory, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within the pastry area.
