As the Pastry Chef, you will lead all pastry production within a high-volume corporate dining environment at Morgan Stanley in NYC. You are responsible for the preparation, execution, and ordering for the pastry department, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency at scale. This role includes proper handling, preparation, and storage of perishable products while strictly adhering to HACCP standards to maintain safe and sanitary food production and presentation. Additional responsibilities include high-volume menu development, inventory management, ordering, and maintaining sanitation standards. You will also oversee and support hourly associates, including hiring, coaching, counseling, and ongoing development—playing a key role in building a strong, high-performing team.
