Requirements

Fine dining experience preferred
Michelin experience and knowledge of allergens and dietary restrictions are highly regarded
Servsafe Certification required within 30 days of hire
Advanced skills in sugar and chocolate work, laminated doughs, and plated dessert composition
Experience with sourdough bread programs and ice cream production
Strong leadership and communication skills within a diverse culinary team
Proficiency in administrative kitchen functions, and local food safety regulations
Fine art and build sensibility to plating and awareness of outstanding pastry trends
GED or equivalent experience required
College preferred
