About The Position

Faith Chapel, a small, non-denominational Bible church in Tok, Alaska, is seeking a full-time Pastor. The church, founded in the mid-70s, now operates independently with four elders and ministers to about 60 people. The congregation includes retired individuals and working families, many of whom are involved in home schooling. The church has a traditional Sunday worship service with hymns and a praise chorus, monthly communion, and fellowship meetings. They also offer Sunday School classes and a mid-week Bible study and prayer time. Significant ministries include Shen Bible Camp for youth, the Helping Hands Food Bank which distributes to approximately 200 people monthly, and Operation Christmas Child, serving as a collection point. The church also supports missionaries and a crisis pregnancy center. Faith Chapel has been without a full-time pastor for over two years and is led by elders.
