Pizzeria Mimosa is looking for an experienced Pasta Maker to join our culinary team. We are looking for someone with hands-on experience making fresh pasta from scratch—someone who understands the craft, texture, technique, and care that go into exceptional handmade pasta. This is an opportunity to work in a destination restaurant where housemade pasta is an important part of what we do.
Requirements
- Proven professional experience making fresh pasta by hand
- Experience with filled pasta such as ravioli and tortellini and extruded pasta
- Knowledge of different pasta doughs, shapes, and techniques
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work cleanly, efficiently, and independently
- Pride in working with quality ingredients
- Professional kitchen experience and a strong work ethic
- Someone who genuinely enjoys the craft of handmade pasta
