This role involves assisting customers with luggage, pushing and pulling passengers in wheelchairs, and transporting them between various airport locations. The agent will also provide information about airport facilities and services, ensure equipment is maintained, and adhere to all safety and security policies. Additional responsibilities include delivering proactive customer service, maintaining strong teamwork, and being available during emergency situations and all weather conditions.
