PT Passenger Services Agent
About The Position
The PT Airline Passenger Service Agent is a multi-functional, cross-utilized position designed to support airport operations and passenger services. Employees may be assigned to perform duties in the roles of Amenity Cart Agent, Baggage Handler, Catering Seal Breaker, Equipment Agent, Exit Guard, Lobby Agent, Manual Encoder, Wayfinder Agent, and/or Wheelchair Agent. Daily assignments, work locations, and responsibilities may vary based on operational needs, staffing requirements, and business demands. This position is a good fit for individuals entering or re-entering the workforce with limited experience and education.
