This role is responsible for managing the operation's manpower on a daily, hourly, and real-time basis. The Passenger Service Resource Planner works closely with the resource clerk to assign staff to flights and obtains inbound and outbound flight information from all Frontier resources. This position serves as a direct point of contact for providing real-time operational information to various teams, including Shift Managers, Operations Manager, Ramp Manager, Passenger Service Managers, and the Station Director. The role involves receiving flight close-out load information and entering it into MCWeb, ensuring safety and security procedures are followed according to Simplicity USA Health & Safety regulations and aviation standards. The planner monitors assigned radio channels for communication with ramp and passenger service departments, tracks performance, and takes corrective actions for any shortfalls. They liaise with airline station managers, airport operations staff, handling agents, customs, immigration, and security officials, and other airport stakeholders. The position requires working shifts as dictated by the operation and reporting significant operational deficiencies to the Planning Manager, Shift Manager, or Station Director. The role also has the duty to suggest improvements to working practices, especially those related to safety and security, and involves operating motorized equipment, frequent bending, stretching, pushing/pulling, stacking, and kneeling in confined spaces.
