About The Position

Coordinates and assembles work and resource plans that align with the budget plan. Monitors weekly and annual execution of work plans by the Transmission and Distribution execution organizations. Assesses the effectiveness of business processes, practices, and procedures related to identifying known work and maintaining work-management data quality in various systems, and recommends improvements. May work closely with the GO Business Finance team to monitor and reallocate budgets between programs and maintain an overall view of budget performance. This is a hybrid position, working from a remote office and an assigned location 2–3 days a week. The role is eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a job-related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Two years of job-related experience.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with peers and stakeholders to develop a prioritized and optimized long-range and annual work plan portfolio.
Track and report on work progression.
Run regular reports from multiple sources to analyze available resources and compare them with resource demand by work category.
Determine data needs and collect, extract, and format data based on desired data outcomes.
May participate on project teams and contribute effectively to projects.
Monitor weekly and annual execution of work plans by Transmission and Distribution execution organizations.
Assess business processes, practices, and procedures related to work identification and work-management data quality, and recommend improvements.
May work with the GO Business Finance team to monitor and reallocate budgets between programs and maintain an overall view of budget performance.
