This role involves managing daily, hourly, and real-time aircraft operations manpower. The Passenger Service Resource Planner (Allocator) will work closely with the resource clerk to assign staff to flights, obtain inbound and outbound flight information from all Frontier resources, and serve as a direct point of contact for real-time operational information to various teams including Shift Managers, Operations Manager, Ramp Manager, Passenger Service Managers, and Station Director. The position also requires receiving flight close-out load information, entering it into MCWeb, and ensuring safety and security procedures are followed according to Simplicity USA Health & Safety regulations and aviation standards. The role includes monitoring assigned radio channels for communication with ramp and passenger service departments, monitoring performance to correct shortfalls, and liaising with airline station managers, airport operations staff, handling agents, customs, immigration, security officials, and other airport stakeholders. The position requires working shifts as needed by the operation, reporting significant operational deficiencies to management, and suggesting improvements to working practices, especially those related to safety and security. Additionally, the role involves operating motorized equipment and performing frequent bending, stretching, pushing/pulling, stacking, and kneeling in confined locations.
