About The Position

The Passenger Service Dispatcher receives assistance requests from clients and customers and assigns individuals and teams to respond to those requests. This role is a good fit for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education. Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older.
High school diploma, GED, or college degree required.
1 year of dispatching experience required.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in English and Spanish.
One (1) year of prior multi-line reception experience or dispatching experience.
Prior experience scheduling and dispatching 50+ employees.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
Schedule and dispatch resources, which may be team members, crews, and teams to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs, using telephones and email.
Ensure timely and efficient movement of team members according to work orders and/or resource schedules.
Oversee all communications within specifically assigned area(s).
Record and maintain files and records of dispatch information including temporary employee time and schedules.
Confer with ABM supervisors and team members to address questions, problems, and requests for temporary coverage.
Compile statistics and reports on work progress.
Other duties as assigned.
