About The Position

MEDACARE Transportation Inc. is seeking compassionate and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Full-Time Van Drivers in the Greater Cincinnati area. Our drivers are the backbone of our business, providing safe, reliable, and efficient transportation for patients to and from appointments using non-emergency wheelchair-accessible vans and minivans. Requirements

• Valid driver's license for the past two years consecutively.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work assigned shift hours and days.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Regular Ohio, Kentucky, or Indiana Issued Driving License.
• Living or willing to relocate to the Cincinnati Area.
• Clean Driving Record.
• Ability to pass DOT Physical Exam.
• Ability to pass Criminal Background Check/ Drug and Alcohol Screen.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 20 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Hamilton County Background Check with Application.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, friendly, and reliable non-emergency medical transportation for patients.
• Transport patients to and from appointments using wheelchair-accessible vans and minivans.
• Prioritize safety and customer service in all interactions.
• Adhere to assigned shift hours and days.
• Maintain a clean driving record and ensure vehicle safety.
