About The Position

Urban Air is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Party Hosts. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working with children, being the center of attention, and creating memorable party experiences. As a Party Host, you will be responsible for setting up party rooms, assisting guests, managing party timelines, and potentially cross-training in various park positions to keep the job engaging.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older.
• Great personality and people-oriented.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.
• Ability to work two (2) out of three (3) weekend days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).

Nice To Haves

• Prior work experience in retail or hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet party guests with a smile and provide excellent customer service.
• Set up party rooms, assist parents and guests, and serve food and beverages.
• Manage party timelines, including cake cutting and transitioning between activities.
• Potentially cross-train in other park positions to gain diverse work experience.
