About The Position

Urban Air is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Party Hosts. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working with children, being the center of attention, and creating memorable party experiences. As a Party Host, you will be responsible for ensuring guests have a fun-filled time at Urban Air. The company offers training to work in various park positions, ensuring the role remains engaging.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older.
• Ability to work two (2) out of three (3) weekend days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
• Great personality and people-oriented.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.

Nice To Haves

• Prior work experience in retail or hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet party guests with a smile and provide excellent customer service.
• Set up party rooms and ensure all arrangements are in place.
• Assist parents and guests with their needs during the party.
• Serve food, including pizza, to party guests.
• Manage party timing, including pumping up the energy, bringing out the cake, and preparing the room for the next guests.
• Train to work in each position of the Park to gain diverse experience.
