About The Position

Urban Air is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Party Hosts. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working with children, being energetic, and creating memorable party experiences. As a Party Host, you will be responsible for setting up party rooms, assisting guests, managing party timelines, and ensuring a fun and engaging atmosphere. The company also offers training for various park positions, providing opportunities to learn diverse roles and keep the job engaging.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older.
• Ability to work two (2) out of three (3) weekend days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
• Great personality and people-oriented.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.

Nice To Haves

• Prior work experience in retail or hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet party guests with a smile and provide excellent customer service.
• Set up party rooms according to company standards.
• Assist parents and guests during the party.
• Serve food and beverages, including pizza.
• Manage party timelines, including cake cutting and activities.
• Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout the party.
• Potentially train and work in other park positions.
