About The Position

Urban Air is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Party Hosts. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working with children, being the center of attention, and creating memorable party experiences. As a Party Host, you will be responsible for ensuring guests have a fun-filled time at Urban Air.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work two out of three weekend days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
• Great personality and people-oriented.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.

Nice To Haves

• Prior work experience in retail or hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet party guests with a smile and provide excellent customer service.
• Set up party rooms and ensure all decorations and supplies are in place.
• Assist parents and guests with their needs during the party.
• Serve food and beverages, including pizza, to party guests.
• Manage party timing, including activities, cake cutting, and guest departures.
• Maintain a high-energy and engaging atmosphere.
• Be trained to work in various park positions to ensure job variety.
