About The Position

Crystal Tractor is looking to hire parts warehouse workers/route drivers. The individual chosen for this position will be one who brings polite and eager confidence and works daily to improve our customer’s experience. This is a fantastic opportunity. Newer trucks, dedicated routes, reliable drives. Loading and unloading are required. This is a full-time position, with benefits and starting wages at $16-18/hour.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
High School Diploma or equivalent and prior parts sales experience required
Eager to improve in a dynamic work environment
Strong interpersonal and time management skills
Ability to read/interpret safety and maintenance documents
Ability to calculate figures/amounts including; discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, %, area, circumference, and volume
Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
Good driving record is required for this position.
