About The Position

Crystal Tractor is looking to hire parts warehouse workers/route drivers. Four urgent openings, hiring immediately. The individual chosen for this position will be one who brings polite and eager confidence and works daily to improve our customer’s experience. This is a fantastic opportunity. Newer trucks, dedicated routes, reliable drives. Loading and unloading are required. This is a full-time position, with benefits and starting wages at $16-18/hour.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
High School Diploma or equivalent and prior parts sales experience required
Eager to improve in a dynamic work environment
Strong interpersonal and time management skills
Ability to read/interpret safety and maintenance documents
Ability to calculate figures/amounts including; discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, %, area, circumference, and volume
Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
Good driving record is required for this position.
