About The Position

The Parts Warehouse Specialist is responsible for keeping parts moving smoothly through receiving, loading, unloading, and organized storage. This role involves assisting team members and customers with parts needs through efficient communication and accuracy, managing inventory with a keen eye for detail, and maintaining a clean and inviting showroom space. RDO Equipment Co. in Hayward belongs to our Vermeer division, focused on providing various Vermeer products, parts and services to customers around the U.S. RDO's Vermeer division includes eight locations. Hayward is a crucial part of this network, which stretches from California to Minnesota. The team works closely with arborists, landscaping companies, contractors, forestry companies, municipalities and other customers who value a knowledgeable Vermeer partner.

Requirements

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills: Key for managing tasks, building relationships, and effective communication.
Operational systems skills: Demonstrates comfort with basic computer programs; familiarity with a parts operating system is preferred but not required.
Equipment operation skills: Operates warehouse machinery safely to keep daily operations running efficiently.
Exceptional customer service skills: Ensures customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Familiarity with a parts operating system is preferred but not required.
