About The Position

Ourisman Automotive Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Parts Warehouse Dispatcher to join our team and coordinate the timely and accurate dispatch of automotive parts to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.

Requirements

Proven experience in a dispatch or warehouse role, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
Ability to lift a maximum of 50 pounds and perform physical tasks related to warehouse operations.
Comfortable standing, walking, and using warehouse equipment throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

Review and process incoming orders from clients and internal departments.
Schedule and coordinate the dispatch of parts to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries.
Communicate effectively with drivers, suppliers, and customers regarding order status and delivery timelines.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure the accurate picking and packing of parts.
Assist in maintaining a well-organized warehouse environment.
Maintain accurate records of dispatched orders, returns, and inventory changes.
Utilize warehouse management systems to track shipments and manage inventory.
Address customer inquiries and concerns related to order status and delivery.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies in all warehouse activities.
