Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record as required by company policy and DOT regulations (if applicable)
• Basic understanding of equipment and parts.
• You are a clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal, and know how to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members to keep operations running smoothly.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable bending, lifting, kneeling, and standing for long periods.
• Exposure to chemicals and machinery parts.

• Previous experience in a warehouse or parts department

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver parts, equipment, supplies, and paperwork between locations and to customers.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain required signatures and receipts.
• Pick, pack, and ship parts orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, stock, and organize parts to ensure everything is ready to go.
• Help perform regular physical inventory counts.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running smoothly.
• Supply parts for others in the parts department, as well as for our technicians.
