Requirements

Valid driver's license and a good driving record
Ability to lift to 50 lbs for loading and unloading.
Ability to reach, bend, squat, twist as needed to retrieve and/or place parts to/from bin system.
Ability to climb stairs and/or ladder to access upper level and/or high shelving.
Strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment, and dealership experience.

Brand knowledge is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Receive shipments of parts and supplies.
Sort and distribute items received to various individuals and departments within the dealership.
Post data entry into the computer system.
File claims for damaged or shortages of parts.
Organize invoices and parts to be shipped or delivered.
Supervise the delivery operations for local deliveries and pick ups.
Stock parts into the correct bin location.
Pull parts for monthly returns to the manufacturer.
Maintain accountability for all parts purchased from vendors and distributed to technicians and customers.
Comply with all company policies and adhere to company standards.
Maintain required training by General Motors.
