About The Position

Applied Innovation is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Parts Warehouse Associate to support the daily operations of our Parts Department. Reporting directly to the Parts Manager, this role is responsible for receiving, organizing, shipping, and maintaining inventory while ensuring our service technicians have the parts they need to deliver exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, onsite position located at 3223 Kraft Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49512, with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
A dependable, professional, and team-oriented work ethic.

Nice To Haves

Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or parts department experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, label, and accurately shelve incoming parts shipments.
Pick, stage, and restock parts for Service Technicians.
Package and ship parts to remote technicians.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse.
Enter and maintain accurate inventory records within the company database.
Assist with semi-annual physical inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
Help identify opportunities to improve warehouse organization and inventory accuracy.
Perform other duties as assigned.
