About The Position
CSTK, a national provider of transportation services and an authorized Thermo King dealer, is seeking a full-time Parts Warehouse Associate for its Kansas City, KS location. This role involves adhering to safety protocols, excellent communication, and attention to safety and quality. Upon successful completion of training and meeting DOT age requirements, this position may require a DOT physical to obtain a DOT Medical Card for operating commercial motor vehicles over 10,001 GVW. Candidates must meet company insurability standards and complete pre-employment screenings.
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- At least 1 year of parts department experience.
- At least 1 year experience operating a forklift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stoop, climb, and reach with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office.
Nice To Haves
- AS 400 experience.
Responsibilities
- Adhering to safety protocols when operating a forklift or other material handling equipment.
- Regular communication with sales and parts departments.
- Performing all job duties with strict attention to safety and quality.
