About The Position

Fowler Toyota of Tulsa is seeking a Parts Warehouse Associate/Driver to join their team. This role involves managing incoming shipments, stocking parts, picking orders for sales staff, processing returns, preparing shipments, and assisting with inventory and returns. The position also includes driving responsibilities, such as picking up and delivering parts to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors, and managing related paperwork and payments.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License and MVR acceptable to our Insurance Carrier
• Must be able to communicate with customers in a professional manner
• Must be able to operate a vehicle in heavy traffic and drive up to 250 miles per day
• Must be courtesy & professional while driving and must obey all traffic laws
• Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and verify both the order and the quantities
• Stock incoming orders and assign bin locations for all new parts on a daily basis
• Pick parts for counter salesmen
• Ensure that all returned parts are checked in and a copy of the invoice is given to the appropriate counterperson for review, then locate and put up the parts
• Help pull, box, label and write up any and all paperwork for all ship-outs
• Assist in preparing for and performing annual parts inventory
• Assist in annual parts returns
• Keep parts area clean and uncluttered
• Assist the parts drivers in pulling parts for deliveries
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
• Pick up and deliver parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors
• Unload truck each night
• Turn in all paperwork and undelivered parts
• Responsible for returning cash or check, along with proper invoice, to the cashier office
