Parts to Service - Mancuso Harley Davidson Crossroads
About The Position
We are looking for a hard working self-motivated person with a high energy and strong focus with a desire to provide exceptional customer experience to the service department. This role includes interfacing with service technicians by ensuring their needs are met by taking orders of parts and filling them as quickly as possible, while also recommending related parts that may be required to complete a job. A current and past product knowledge of experience with servicing of powersports and products sold by the dealership is essential. The position also involves maintaining the cleanliness of the parts department and keeping inventory neatly stacked and orderly. Additionally, the role requires tracking all pending orders and following up with the parts manager and the service department. Availability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays, holidays, and evenings is necessary.
