Compensation for this position is $50,000 – $65,000 annually, based on experience and education, and this position is performance-based bonus eligible. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM at our Medicine Hat branch.

Requirements

Minimum high school diploma required
Minimum two years of parts experience in the heavy equipment or commercial vehicle industry
Must be professional, organized, and able to work in a high-pressure environment safely
Technical knowledge and expertise
Always willing to help out
Attention to detail and accuracy

Nice To Haves

Journeyman Parts Technician certification preferred

Responsibilities

Fulfilling orders with on-hand parts, processing orders from our PDC’s, other dealers or suppliers, and notifying customers of any ETA updates or when parts arrive.
Has a willingness to learn and effectively use the company business system (Procede) and all other online programs (CAT, Cummins, Paragon, etc.) required to fulfill the duties of a parts person and serve our customer.
Acknowledge all customers as they arrive in the facility and serve them in a timely and efficient manner.
Provide a high level of service to all of our customers, internal or external. Communicate well with and support other dealership personnel and departments.
Replenishes assigned display areas, ensures pricing is accurate, and keeps the area clean and organized for customers.
Participates in all training programs that are made available and attends all department meetings.
Processes credit card and debit transactions, performs product return inspections, and completes refunds and core credits.
