They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Technician to join their team. In this role, the technician will manage inbound parts requests, respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately, log interactions in the CRM, and actively seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience. Responsibilities also include recommending preventative maintenance parts, upselling when appropriate, and collaborating with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain departments to resolve part issues and maintain optimal inventory levels.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 1-2 yrs experience in HVAC equipment parts sales, customer service or manufacturing
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and safely operate tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working under close supervision in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
