We’re on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Technician to join our team and take on an exciting new challenge. In this role, you’ll handle inbound parts requests, respond to customer inquiries quickly and accurately, and log interactions in our CRM. You’ll look for ways to improve the customer experience, recommend preventative maintenance parts, and upsell when appropriate. You'll also work with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve part issues and help maintain adequate inventory levels. Creating better air solutions to deliver increased comfort and improved air quality to manufacturing and warehouse environments across the country is the sole mission of the 160+ dedicated team members here at Cambridge Air Solutions (CAS). Requirements

  • High school diploma plus 1-2 yrs experience in HVAC equipment parts sales, customer service or manufacturing
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and safely operate tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working under close supervision in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of workplace safety and continuous improvement is a plus
