The Parts Technician supports Regional Operation Center (ROC) operations by managing all incoming and outgoing parts, maintaining accurate inventory, and assisting with purchasing of key equipment components and accessories. This position ensures the ROC has the parts and supplies necessary to support equipment assembly, quality testing, and deployment readiness. The Parts Technician works closely with the ROC Equipment Operations Lead and corporate purchasing to order, receive, and track inventory for vending machines, coolers, kiosks, micro market enclosures, and VendX payment systems — including coin mechanisms, bill validators, and cashless readers. This is a hands-on operational role that blends inventory management, purchasing support, and warehouse logistics to keep the ROC fully supplied and deployment-ready.
