About The Position

As a Guinco Service Parts & Supply Courier (Part-Time), you will be responsible for all aspects of pickup and delivery of time-sensitive customer job parts & materials, truck stock replenishment, supplies & equipment, paperwork, and miscellaneous items. Deliveries will be between the Guinco Service warehouse location to field service technicians vehicles throughout the greater Phoenix area, and back to the Guinco Service warehouse. Work hours are non-business hours and can be flexible. (evenings) This position typically works 26-29 hours per week. The Courier operates in all types of indoor and outdoor work environments, therefore exposure to heat and cold is to be expected. Excellent safety and attendance performance is expected.

Requirements

• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and driver’s license check
• Valid driver’s license - Class B preferred
• Ability to read, write, and speak English (bi-lingual always a plus)
• Willing to follow all safety procedures and work in a safe manner.
• A self-starter and willing to take the initiative, able and willing to work without direct supervision.
• Understand and accept that change is inevitable embrace it and adapt as it happens.
• At least one year of relevant driving experience is preferred.
• Have a valid driver's license for the type of vehicle required for the position and be able to meet driver qualification requirements.
• Will be required to wear various personal protective equipment consistent with any hazards encountered in this role.
• Dependable and maintain a good attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Ability to follow all safety rules and procedures.
• Preparing trucks for deliveries.
• Schedule general maintenance of trucks and equipment.
• Loading and unloading parts bins, individual parts, and company-related products, supplies, materials, and paperwork.
• Communicating in an honest and professional manner to field service technicians, parts & logistics staff, support personnel, and supervisors
• Keeps all documents and maintenance records up to date.
• Any other duties requested by management.
