About The Position

Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Parts & Stockroom Worker. This position will be required to excel in all clerical and warehouse areas of Parts Operations. The role involves maintaining a clean and safe work environment, operating a forklift, loading and unloading parts trucks, picking and delivering parts orders, basic shipping and receiving, fabricating hoses, inspecting and processing cores and warranty, understanding inventory control principles, and accurately completing all required documentation. The candidate must possess effective communication skills, mechanical aptitude, intermediate computer skills (including MS Word and Excel), and the ability to learn new software. Problem-solving, decision-making, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently are essential. The role requires working independently in a fast-paced environment, performing additional tasks as directed, and working regular overtime as required. Maintaining professional behavior consistent with the company's mission, vision, and values is also expected. The position requires the ability to lift 50lbs.

Requirements

Strong customer service skills
Ability to perform tasks with little or no supervision
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Must have mechanical aptitude
Intermediate computer, keyboarding, MS Word and Excel
Ability to learn new software products: Warrtrack, literature/media requests, SIB requests etc.
Organized and detail oriented with the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks
Work independently & efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to lift 50lbs
High School Diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with product line a plus
Associates degree in a business discipline or Technical school is preferred
Strong customer service support experience in a mechanical / parts environment, demonstrating ability to quickly learn to use various computer systems is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean safe work environment
Safely and efficiently operate a forklift
Load and unload parts truck and freight deliveries
Efficiently and accurately pick, put away and deliver parts orders to designated shop and will call areas
Basic skills in shipping, receiving, freight in bound and out bound
Ability to fabricate hoses
Ability to inspect and process cores and warranty accurately and efficiently
Ability to understand the basic principles of inventory control
Accurately complete all paperwork and required documentation
Resolve problems and make sound decisions
Perform additional tasks as directed
Work regular overtime as required
