Responsibilities

Assist service technicians and advisors by accurately identifying and supplying required parts.
Process internal parts requests efficiently to minimize vehicle downtime.
Maintain communication with service and sales teams regarding parts availability and order status.
Assist with inventory management, stocking, and cycle counts.
Ensure proper documentation of parts transactions and inventory adjustments.
Process online parts and accessory orders accurately and promptly.
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders while ensuring product accuracy and quality.
Coordinate with shipping carriers and track deliveries as needed.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding online orders, availability, and shipping status.
Monitor online marketplace and e-commerce platforms to ensure listings remain accurate and up to date.
Assist with returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Receive and stock incoming inventory shipments.
Assist with inventory audits and reconciliation.
Support department goals related to sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Perform other duties as assigned.
