Requirements

• Intermediate computer skills with experience using AS400, SmartEquip, Microsoft Office, inventory control, purchasing, or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Experience reading parts manuals.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain an organized inventory and accurately process shipping, receiving, and parts transactions.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests, work with a sense of urgency, and meet shipping and delivery timelines.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technicians and internal customers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors throughout the day.
• Be a self starter, willing to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a fast paced team environment with opportunities for growth.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in construction equipment, heavy equipment, automotive parts, or industrial parts distribution is preferred but not required.
• Experience in Parts Management: Background in Diesel, Automotive, or Equipment Rental industries preferred.
• Meticulous Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to focus on intricate details and maintain accuracy.
• Strong Written Communication Skills: Excellent ability to convey information clearly and effectively in writing.
• Adaptability: Proven capability to manage frequent interruptions with ease and maintain productivity.
• Organized and Methodical: Highly organized with a commitment to maintaining order and efficiency.
• Skilled Relationship Builder: Ability to foster positive and productive relationships with vendors.
• Positive and Energetic Attitude: Enthusiastic and dynamic, with a proactive approach to work.
• Forklift experience is preferred or the ability to become forklift certified.
