About The Position

Industrial Power Truck & Equipment is a family-owned commercial truck dealership with locations in Fort Worth, McKinney, and Lewisville. For more than four decades, customers have trusted us for Hino and Isuzu commercial trucks, Cummins engines, Allison transmissions, and an extensive selection of all-makes truck parts. Our Lewisville team is growing, and we’re looking for a Parts Specialist who will create outstanding front-counter experience and help customers get the right parts to keep their businesses moving.

Requirements

Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
Strong customer-service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
A dependable, team-oriented approach and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort learning new products, technology, and processes.
A genuine interest in solving problems and helping customers succeed.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in parts sales, automotive or commercial truck parts, retail, or another customer-facing role is a plus.
Familiarity with Hino, Isuzu, Cummins, Allison, or all-makes truck parts is helpful, but we will provide training to the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers at the front counter, by phone, and through other parts inquiries.
Identify the right parts by listening carefully, asking the right questions, and using available catalogs and systems.
Communicate fluently in Spanish and English to provide clear, professional service to our diverse customer base.
Prepare quotes and process orders accurately and efficiently while keeping customers informed.
Build lasting customer relationships through dependable follow-up, product knowledge, and a solutions-first approach.
Collaborate across departments with Parts, Service, and Sales to meet customer needs and support dealership goals.
Maintain a professional front-counter environment that is organized, welcoming, and ready for business.
