Requirements

  • Ability to operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts

  • Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
  • Valid driver's license
  • High School diploma or GED is required

Nice To Haves

  • ADP and CDK experience is not required, but preferred

Responsibilities

  • Able to lift 50lbs
  • Preparing outgoing shipments and receiving incoming shipments
  • Verify and keep record of incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Pull orders and stage for delivery
  • Handle special orders for Service, Body Shop, Wholesale and Retail customers and prepare items for shipment
  • Daily interaction with service technicians to pull parts and deliver to technician
  • Accurately navigate through computer catalog system
  • Locate parts in inventory in a timely manner
  • Place parts in facility by packaging, lifting items as necessary, operating forklifts and pallet jacks for large goods
  • Organizing inventory for easy retrieval as new orders come in, reviewing incoming and outgoing shipment schedules to maintain productive operations and documenting damages to inventory
  • Obtain and process product orders, including receiving deliveries, registering them and distributing packages within the company
  • Maintain the dock through organizing, cleaning and cataloging items on a regular basis
  • Handle issues arising in shipping or inventory handling
  • Trouble shoots shipping issues and customer complaints that arise and work to solve them
  • Report to parts manager and assistant manager
