This role is responsible for managing the accurate packaging of outbound parts orders and the receipt of incoming parts. The individual will ensure parts orders are filled, packaged, and marked to meet delivery schedules, and will also receive ordered parts, checking for damage, correct quantities, and back orders. Stocking and posting orders upon arrival to expedite delivery, assisting parts drivers, and handling core returns are also key functions. The position requires maintaining organized parts and supplies inventories, preparing displays, and ordering/shipping emergency parts from vendors. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with at least 3 months of experience or related training. Strong communication, customer relations, math, and reading comprehension skills are essential. A general understanding of distribution center functions, the ability to lift 60 lbs, work at heights up to 25 feet, and forklift certification are required. The candidate must be 18 years or older, computer-literate, possess a valid driver's license with a clean record, and be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Warehouse and material handling equipment experience are preferred.
