About The Position

Efficient Shipping/Receiving of Freight. Fulfill customer needs by running an efficient Shipping/Receiving arm of our Parts Department. Shipping and Receiving of freight and parts with excellent customer satisfaction. To represent and promote the Sales, Service, Parts, and Rental Department operations and store network in a positive manner, which insures customer confidence, repeat business, and maximum return for the Dealership.

Requirements

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, evaluation of customer satisfaction, and excellent phone communication skills.
• Knowledge and skill with computers, software systems, email.
• Job requires being pleasant with others on the job and displaying a good-natured, cooperative attitude.
• Job requires maintaining composure, keeping emotions in check, controlling anger, and avoiding aggressive behavior, even in very difficult situations.

• Standing at the Shipping/Receiving & Service counter is required

• Heat factors in the summer months
