About The Position
Tom Wood Porsche, in Indianapolis, IN is searching for a Parts Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks with teamwork and efficiency.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with computers and inventory systems.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to lift and carry parts or packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in shipping/receiving or a similar role is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Process and package customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts deliveries to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain an organized and clean parts storage area.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliations as needed.
- Collaborate with the parts team to support overall department operations.
