About The Position

Nucar Toyota of North Attleboro is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Parts Shipping & Receiving Associate to join its Parts Department. The role involves receiving and verifying shipments, preparing customer orders, maintaining inventory, keeping the department organized and safe, and delivering parts. The associate also picks up supplemental warehouse orders and helps ensure delivery vehicles are properly inspected. Professional conduct and customer service are expected when representing the dealership during deliveries.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and move automotive parts as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or automotive parts experience.
• Forklift certification or training.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Pick, verify, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels by completing weekly bin counts.
• Keep the parts department clean, organized, and safe.
• Deliver wholesale and customer orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Pick up daily supplemental orders from the warehouse.
• Perform routine inspections of delivery vehicles and report maintenance needs.
• Represent the dealership professionally and provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
