About The Position

This role is responsible for various aspects of parts handling, including order pulling, shipping, receiving, stocking, and inventory control. The position also involves processing returns, assisting with reporting, maintaining records, and handling customer and technician inquiries via phone. A key aspect of the role is the safe operation of lift trucks and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• Less than 2 years related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to safely operate lift trucks
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and the ability to safely operate lift trucks

Nice To Haves

• Good written/verbal communication and customer care skills
• Microsoft Office experience
• Mechanical aptitude preferred

Responsibilities

• Order pulling, shipping, receiving, putting up stock, and pressing forklift tires
• Inventory control to include cycle counts of stockroom, vans, and customer consignments
• Process inbound and outbound parts returns
• Assist with year-end processing and reporting
• Maintain records, files, and a clean and safe working environment
• Answer and process incoming parts calls from customers and service technicians
