About The Position

Quinn Company, your local Caterpillar dealer, is hiring a Parts & Service Sales Representative in City of Industry, California. In this role, you will manage an assigned customer territory, support retention and growth, and leverage company resources to offer complete parts and service solutions that drive customer satisfaction and increased sales. Quinn Company sells, services, and rents a full line of construction, agricultural, and material-handling equipment, along with diesel and natural gas engines. As a Caterpillar dealer, Quinn combines the agility of a local business with the global support of a Fortune 50 organization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum of two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to analyze inspections, determine repair needs, and present solutions
Proficiency with technical tools and equipment
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage territory demands

Responsibilities

Assess Customer Needs: Evaluate service requirements, complete track machine inspections, and estimate repair time and cost.
Generate Accurate Quotes: Prepare clear, well-documented quotes and call reports based on inspection findings.
Support Service Operations: Assist in scheduling machine repairs and help resolve service-related problems when needed.
Use Diagnostic Tools: Operate company-provided tools such as the Ultrasonic Wear Indicator and other equipment as required.
Assist With Credit Setup: Help customers establish and maintain credit accounts as needed.
Drive Customer Satisfaction: Build strong relationships, support customer retention, and provide solutions that improve equipment uptime and value.
